Pimiento Cheese-Stuffed Peppers

It’s hard for Southerners to pass up, and these 5-minute  make it even harder, because they’re deliciously simple.
Buy (or make!), then pipe it into jarred peppadew peppers for a pre-party snack that guests can eat nibble on while waiting for the main event. Don’t worry if you don’t have a piping bag; simply place the pimiento cheese in a ziplock bag, snip one corner, and pipe away.
