One-Skillet Corned Beef Hash

One-Skillet Corned Beef Hash is a rustic and filling meal made with diced corned beef, crispy potatoes, onions, and often topped with a fried or poached egg. It’s cooked entirely in one skillet until golden and slightly crisp on the bottom, delivering satisfying textures and bold, salty flavor. Ideal for breakfast or brunch, it’s also a great way to repurpose leftover corned beef from St. Patrick’s Day. Serve it hot with eggs, hot sauce, or toast for a complete and comforting plate.
