Filling
  • 4 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 pint heavy cream

  • 6 large fresh peaches - peeled pitted, and sliced

Equipment

  • Serving dishes or glasses
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Cutting board and knife

Method

  1. Prepare crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened; set aside 1/4 cup for topping. Press remaining graham crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. Make filling: Heat marshmallows and milk in a large saucepan over low heat; stir until marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat and cool.
