Cocojito (Frozen Mojito)

This cocojito (frozen mojito) recipe will teach you how to make a yummy frozen drink with slight coconut sweetness. Add more cream of coconut for a sweeter drink. Add more rum for a stronger one.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • 7 fluid ounces sweetened cream of coconut such as Coco Lopez
  • 2 ½ 1.5 fluid ounce jiggers white rum (such as Bacardi)
  • 5 sprigs fresh mint leaves more for garnish
  • 2 ½ limes rind removed
  • 2 lime wedges for garnish4 cups ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Place ice, cream of coconut, rum, limes, and 5 mint sprigs in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, garnish each with mint sprigs and lime wedges.
