Baked Brown Rice

Baked Brown Rice is a foolproof, no-stir way to achieve tender, fluffy whole grains. By baking the rice in a tightly covered dish with hot water or broth, the steam does all the work. It’s an ideal healthy side for everything from roasted vegetables to grilled meats, and it reheats beautifully for meal prep or leftovers.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
