Jasmine Rice

Jasmine Rice

Jasmine Rice is a fragrant, long-grain rice known for its soft texture and subtle floral aroma. Popular in Southeast Asian cuisine, especially Thai and Vietnamese dishes, it’s the perfect complement to spicy curries, grilled meats, and stir-fried vegetables. Whether prepared in a rice cooker or on the stovetop, rinsing the rice beforehand ensures fluffier results. Once cooked, it’s light and tender with just a hint of natural sweetness—ideal for soaking up bold sauces or serving as a simple side.
