Slow Cooker New England Boiled Dinner
Slow Cooker New England Boiled Dinner is a hearty, comforting dish rooted in Yankee tradition. With corned beef brisket as its centerpiece, this meal slowly simmers with green cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and turnips until everything is fork-tender and deeply flavorful. Notes
This is traditionally served on a plate, without the broth. However, my husband eats this like a soup, in a bowl, with the broth.
Don’t rush home to make it on time for 8 hours. I’ve cooked it for 10 hours on a late day, and it was still wonderful.
